Parents play a crucial role in their child’s enrolment process. It’s important to complete and submit all required paperwork, including the application form, tuition agreement, and policy declaration. These forms must be kept current throughout your child’s enrolment. Registration paperwork and PTA must be submitted yearly, reflecting your active involvement in your child’s preschool journey.

For your convenience, fees are to be paid termly. Additionally, supplementary fees are to be paid on a monthly basis.

For a comprehensive understanding of all tuition policies and procedures, we encourage you to refer to the Preschool Tuition Agreement and the current year’s Preschool Fee Schedule. These documents are designed to provide you with all the necessary information.

Ensuring the safety of our students is a shared responsibility. All students’ emergency contacts must always be kept current. If you have moved or changed your home or work telephone number, we urge you to notify the office immediately. This is not just a formality but a vital step in our commitment to release a child only to adults with prior authorisation.

Please also review and update the list of emergency contacts for the child with our school secretary as needed.

For the safety and security of our students, parents must sign each of their children in and out daily when arriving and departing from school, using the notebook inside the front entrance.

This helps us track your child’s attendance and ensures their safety. Additional persons authorised to pick up your child must also sign him/her in and out using the same system.

Over time, you will get to know teachers and other staff members at our school. While you are learning names and faces, it will be helpful to initiate introductions by greeting the teachers and clearly stating your name and your child(ren) ‘s name(s).

As part of our stringent safety measures, if someone other than the previously authorised individuals will be picking up your child, we must have verifiable written permission from the parent or guardian. Photo identification is mandatory for anyone unknown to the staff.

This policy is in place to ensure your child’s safety and prevent unauthorised access. A child will only be released when the identity and authorisation of the person picking up are confirmed.

If a court order or signed parental agreement establishes who has responsibility for a child on certain dates and times, we will follow that schedule.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of your child is our top priority. If a child has not been picked up within fifteen minutes of closing time or after school and the child’s family member has not contacted the school, the Principal or person in charge will make every effort to contact all family members or emergency contact persons listed for the child.

If the child remains at the centre after thirty minutes, we will comply with local regulations regarding the next steps. Fees may be charged for late pick-ups as described in the tuition agreement and fee schedule, and repeated late pick-ups may result in discontinuation of enrolment.
